Contact List

Use the Contact List function to view the contact information you entered in the Setup and Maintenance Contacts function.

  1. Use the Data Filter to select the range of filtering options or leave the filter blank to include all available data.
  2. Select whether to include All Addresses, including Not Allowed addresses, on the list, mark the check box.
  3. To include Members and Members Of values on the list, mark the Contact Relations check box.
  4. To view Notes on the list, mark the check box.
  5. Select the Page Break after Contact check box, if applicable, to place a page break after each contact.
    Note: Leave the check box blank to not include a page break after each contact.
  6. Click a command button to
  7. Select To
    Print Print the Contact List using the selected criteria.
    Output Output the list as a PDF.
    Send Save the list as a PDF and attach it to an email using your default mail program.
    Preview Preview the Contact List using the selected criteria.
    Reset Reset all fields and lists to their default selections.
