Sales Rep Access
This function is used to grant sales reps access to customers set up for other sales reps when the access mode is set up as "Sales Rep" in the business rules.
- Select the sales rep you wish to work with in the Sales Rep Name: field above the toolbar.
- A list of sales reps whose customers the selected rep has access to appears.
- To add sales reps to the list, use the Add icon, then select a sales rep from the drop-down list. Add any Notes, then click the Add link to save your changes.
- To add notes to a sales rep record, use the Edit icon (
). Once you have updated the record, click the Update link to save your changes, or click the Cancel link to discard your changes.
- To remove a sales rep from the list, use the Delete icon (
).
