Change IDs

Use the Change IDs function to change an ID from one value to another.

  1. Select the type of ID to change from the ID Type field.
    Note: All users must be out of the current company before performing this process.
  2. Select an ID to change from the Value From field.
  3. Enter a new value for the item to change in the Value To field.
  4. Repeat steps 2-3 as needed before moving on.
  5. Click a command button to 
    6. Click To
    OK Make changes to the selected IDs.
    Activity Display the Activity Log form to view clear tax activity.
    Reset Set all fields to their default values.
