Print Orders
Use the Print Orders function to print purchase order forms for all new order transactions you entered in the Transactions function. The Print Orders function will only print purchase orders for new orders; to reprint a purchase order for a transaction for which receipts or invoices have been entered, use the Online button on the Transactions screen.
To check your purchase orders before you print them, produce the Open Order Report. If you need to change information, use the Transactions function to edit the orders.
Note: The Print Orders function does not print debit memos. To print a debit memo, use the Print button on the Transactions screen.
- Use the Data Filter to select the range of filtering options or leave the filter blank to include all available data.
- Select the PO Transaction Entry Completed check box after completing transaction entry.
- Select the Additional Descriptions check box, if applicable, to print additional descriptions on the orders.
- Select whether to print only new orders or only lost orders from the View section.
- Select the batches to include from the Batch List section.
Note: Only available if you elected to Use Batch Processing in the Business Rules function. - Enter, if applicable, a message to appear on the orders in the Message field.
