Print In-House Estimates

Use the Print In-House Estimates function to print estimates to use within your company.

  1. If you want Additional Descriptions to appear on In-House Estimates, mark the check box.
  2. Select the batches to include from the Batch List section.
    Note: Only available if you elected to use batch processing in the Business Rules function.
  3. Click a command button to

    Print Print estimates.
    Output Output the reports as PDFs.
    Preview View previews of estimates.
    Reset Set all fields to their default values.
    Activity Open the Activity Log dialog box where you can view information from previous file creation.
    Search Document Search and review archived documents.
    Search Document Queue Search and review the same type of documents in the queue.
