Print Transactions

Use the Print Transactions function to print Quotes and Mail-To Estimates for your customers.

  1. Finish transaction entry, then mark the SR Transaction Entry Completed check box.
  2. Choose the type of report to print by marking the Quotes check box to print quotes, the Estimates check box to print estimates, or both check boxes to print both quotes and estimates.
  3. Mark the check box for one or more options to print on the report:
    • Additional Descriptions
    • Total Estimate Tax - the tax amount will print, along with the message "Estimate includes Sales Tax if applicable"
    • Freight To Bill - the freight to bill amount will print, along with the message "Estimate includes Freight if applicable"
    • Total Estimate - Note: If you are printing an online Estimate on the Job Transactions screen, this option will include all line item price records regardless of the options selected on the Addl Info tab. This means that if you selected to "Exclude (Do Not Include in Price)" on Labor, Material, or Other, those prices will still be included in the Total Estimate value.
  4. Select one or more batches to include from the Batch List section.
    Note: Only available if you elected to use batch processing in the Business Rules function.
  5. Click a command button to

  6. Click To
    Print Print quotes and/or estimates.
    Output Output the reports as PDFs.
    Send Save the report as a PDF and attach it to an email using your default mail program.
    Preview View previews of quotes and/or estimates.
    Reset Set all fields to their default values.
    Search Document Search and review archived documents.
    Search Document Queue Search and review the same type of documents in the queue. (Estimates only)
