Form Printing Options
You can select to print Subtotals and/or Totals, as well as the level of line item detail, on Estimate/Quick Delivery Tickets and Invoice/Delivery Tickets. You can define these options in each Department, and also change them per job transaction.
The following are options for Labor, Material, and Other along with examples of what will print on the form.
Note: Text, Print Subtotals, and Print Totals each have a Yes/No option.
When you are ready to print an estimate, after selecting Print | Estimate, the following additional printing options are available:
Total Estimate Tax
If you check the box, the tax amount will print along with the message "Estimate includes Sales Tax if applicable"; otherwise, the message "Estimate does not include Sales Tax if applicable" will print.
Freight to Bill
If you check the box, the message "Estimate includes Freight if applicable" will print at the bottom of the estimate; otherwise, the message "Estimate does not include Freight if applicable" will print.
Total Estimate
If you check the Total Estimate box, all line item price records will be included regardless of the options selected on the Addl Info tab. Therefore, if you select to “Exclude (Do Not Include in Price)" on Labor, Material, or Other, those prices will still be included in the Total Estimate value.

Within Edit Billings, users are able to edit field values including the Quantity, Tax Class, and Unit Price.
Note: The Total Tax Class records are not editable and are automatically updated when Material, Labor, and Other record values are changed.
