Print Settings

When you use the Options button on the report Print Preview ribbon, the Print Options window opens with Print Settings in grid view. This gives you some additional options when printing a report.

There are two tabs in the Print Options window:

Options tab

The print Options tab lists formatting choices for the report. Mark or clear the check boxes to turn the option on or off. The preview on the right side of the window will display how some of the options will affect the appearance of the report as you mark or clear the check boxes.

When you have selected the options you want for your report, click the Apply button. The print preview of the report will be formatted with the options you chose. When you are satisfied with the report's appearance, click the OK button to return to the report preview.

To cancel the formatting options, click the Cancel button.

Behavior tab

The print Behavior tab lists automatic formatting choices for the report. Mark or clear the check boxes to turn the option on or off. The preview on the right side of the window will display how some of the options will affect the appearance of the report as you mark or clear the check boxes.

When you have selected the options you want for your report, click the Apply button. The print preview of the report will be formatted with the options you chose. When you are satisfied with the report's appearance, click the OK button to return to the report preview.

To cancel the formatting options, click the Cancel button.
