Fixed Assets List

The Fixed Assets List displays the data you entered using the Fixed Assets function. This report can be used to review asset identification, acquisition, valuation, and depreciation information.

1. Use the Data Filter to select the range of filtering options or leave the filter blank to include all available data.
2. Select the amount of detail to generate from the View section.
3. Select the sort criteria for the list from the Sort By section.
4. Click a command button to

Select	To
Print	Print the Fixed Assets List using the selected criteria.
Output	Output the list as a PDF.
Send	Save the list as a PDF and attach it to an email using your default mail program.
Preview	Preview the Fixed Assets List using the selected criteria.
Reset	Reset all fields and lists to their default selections.
