Part Constraints Updates
Use the Part Constraints Updates planning board to view job transactions with part constraints, that is, purchase orders with parts that have not been received for the job that may be preventing the job from being completed. The Part Constraints Updates planning board allows you make changes to certain fields of the transaction by editing those fields.
If you open the Part Constraints Updates planning board from the Job Purchases dashboard, the records will be filtered according to the link you used on the dashboard.
You can edit values in the columns with bold headers.
If there are blue values indicating links, use those links to drill down or open a function for more details
- Click the Linked PO Remaining Qty link to open the Job Purchase Order View filtered for that job and item.
- Click the Demand For All Jobs link to open the Job Item Allocation View filtered for that job and item.
- Click the Base On Order link to open the IN Item Availability View filtered for that item.
- Click the Promised on Order link to open the Job Item Allocation View filtered for that job and item.
