Job Card QA Entry

Use the Job Card QA Entry function to enter values corresponding to the tasks listed on the Job Card.

Note: You can use the Excel QA worksheets as an alternative to the Job Card QA

To enter values for the tasks listed on the job card:

  1. Select a job from the Job Transaction ID field. Only approved jobs will appear in the drop-down list.
  2. The department, nameplate description, customer, job type, and ship-to information will appear in the corresponding fields.
  3. Select a work type associated with the job type assigned to the job from the Work Type field drop-down list. The drop-down list will only include work types that have job cards available in association with the job type.
  4. The task list appears. Enter a value into the Value column for each task that requires a value entry.
  5. Click the Save button, on the toolbar, to save the entries to the job card.
